The feeling remains the same

Thanks to its beauty and the tranquility that reigns there

I smile just hearing his name

It brings to the surface everything I have accumulated deep down

Diego Suarez,

A painting where lives Diversity

Which is a wealth perceived in unity

An Island where history was written

Where the Ocean sings its symphony

Everyone who has been there, built it fabulously

By laughter shed but even when he was a colony

And everyone who lives there, continues to beautify him

Diego Suarez,

It’s a colorful city!

Where every culture is highlighted

Whether you come from the South, the East or the West,

Its inhabitants will do everything for you to stay there

“Mbôlatsara”, a charming way of greeting

And there is no shortage of activities

Kitsurfing, visiting, fishing, hiking

Ramena Beach taught me to enjoy the days

The wind pushed me to dream, then to fly away

Dazzling biodiversity, living ecosystem,

A setting for nature, a captivating heritage

The Malagasy soul breathes there

A vibrant place where you can feel:

The identity of Madagascar

Precious jewel, our lighthouse

Culture woven into every musical note,

Revived by artistic events

In each of the respected fomba, pride resonates, anchored.

And yet,

The Bay faces challenges

Starting with the problem of energy,

Deforestation,

Bush fires,

Access to water,

Waste management,

Marine pollution

For the future generation,

We need to know and preserve the past

So, a project comes to life

A house, a shelter,

So that our story survives

Let's be the artisans,

Let's dig deep,

Let's find the love that thrills,

Let's invest to preserve

The value of our Bay, recognized worldwide for its beauty

The Diego-Suarez Bay House [or the Diego-Suarez Bay Museum or the Diego-Suarez Bay Discovery Center,] is a space dedicated to the Bay, its history, its extraordinary wildlife and to the human who bring it to life.

Thanks to this Museum, I will take you on a tour of Diego-Suarez Bay, a very fascinating natural history museum. It is the only virtual and physical Museum of Malagasy Bay which allows you to understand all the natural riches of Diego-Suarez Bay and Madagascar.

This is “Where the journey begins”.
